Banana Cake
Cream well: 1 c. honey 3/4 c. oil Add: 2 eggs 1c. mashed bananas Beat till well mixed. Sift together: 2 c. Paul's Grains' Whole Wheat Flour 1 tsp. soda 1/2 tsp. salt Add to creamed mixture, with 1/2 c. sour milk. Fold in 1 c. coconut and 1/2 c. nuts. Bake in greased 9"x13" pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
